The location of this place is great for camping, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable with useful amenities like an electric kettle, microwave oven, and central heating.

Came here for easter, had nice 4 days overall. The staff were very amiable, and the free parking was available. The location was beautiful and lovely, really close to the beach, which is a long wide shingle beach with wonderful driftwood, So close to the sea great for watching sunsets and Franz Josef in the morning, in a lovely area. Everything was simply really good...

Hotel's location was peaceful and exceptionally nice, right at sea. Besides, it was just next door to Franz Josef, Literally on the beach and the ocean. There were multi-channel television, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room, loved that. And there was a STUNNING view of the starry sky.

Spent a sunny day here and will definitely visit again. the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. the staff were all super-friendly and affable. the hotel's location is incredible, right on the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. Enjoyed the restaurant for private breakfast or dining.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach, perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying bonfires by the wild waves. the studio suite is stunning and very spacious.

The Maxi Apartment and Tui Studio Pods were absolutely fantastic! Our room had a private entrance and soundproof walls, so we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. The terrace with garden views was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. The fully self-contained kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own vegetarian meals and the amenities were great, including a camp kitchen, toilet/shower facilities, and a guest laundry. as vegetarians, we found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside for us was that the studio did not have a patio. However, this is just our personal preference, as we know some people may not mind.

The rooms at Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park are uniquely designed and reasonably spacious, each with private bathrooms. the beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

This place is tucked away in a secluded spot, offering a lot of privacy. It's also conveniently close to the beach and Franz Josef, making it easy to explore both. 🏖️

Everything was lovely. Rooms were unique and gorgeous. - the location was excellent - close to the beach. - Having a bonfire into the evening watching the wild waves was a highlight. - Loved its restaurant for private breakfast or dining. - It's a nice bonus, especially when it's particularly hot outside.

The cabin was perfectly appointed, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The bathroom facilities were spotless with excellent showers. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds and beach were beautiful.

Can't fault anything about it.
